Whilst our business is relatively young, our senior management team aren’t. They have vast experience of working within the outsourcing market and that knowledge and understanding is utilised within Pompom Global. Their relationships within outsourcing have enabled us to work with specifically selected partners that we know will deliver your project on brand and on budget.

HANDS ON CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

You will be provided with a dedicated and experienced Operations & Account Manager in the UK along with a campaign lead in SA. They will be decision makers within the operation and able to react quickly to your business needs. You will receive daily reports, weekly performance updates and monthly face to face campaign reviews. We create an environment where you are in control and your team feel like they’re just next door, not 8,000 miles away.

Our hand picked partners have successfully delivered outsourcing solutions for professional services, including; Accounting, Legal Services and Insolvency for a number of years. More recently we have expanded in to financial services and general contact centre solutions and we now operate 24/7 with a client base in USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia.
